How It Works

For Members (Fans)

 

1. Sign-Up & Verification (via Persona):

• Step 1: A new member (fan) visits one of the Fanz Unlimited platforms (e.g., BoyFanz, RedneckFanz, etc.) and clicks on the “Sign Up” button.

• Step 2: After entering basic information (name, email, password), members are required to complete Persona verification. This includes uploading a government-issued ID and taking a real-time selfie to confirm their age and identity.

• Step 3: Once the ID is verified through Persona and confirmed that they are at least 18 years old, the member receives an account verification email. Clicking the link in the email activates their account.

• Customization: Both members and creators are required to complete this verification to ensure that all users on the platform are of legal age and comply with U.S. laws like 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

2. Profile Setup:

• Step 4: After the verification process, the member can personalize their profile by adding a profile picture, bio, and content preferences.

• Step 5: They are then directed to the homepage, where they can browse creators, follow favorites, and explore trending content tailored to their interests.

3. Content Discovery and Interaction:

• Step 6: Members can search for specific creators or browse by category (e.g., BoyFanz, GirlFanz, TransFanz) and subscribe to creator pages for exclusive content.

• Step 7: Fans can interact with content by liking, commenting, tipping creators, or sending private messages (subject to the creator’s settings).

4. Payments & Subscriptions:

• Step 8: To access premium content, members can subscribe to creators or purchase pay-per-view (PPV) content. Payment options include credit/debit cards and integrated gateways like CCBill or RocketGate.

• Step 9: Members can manage subscriptions, view payment history, and update payment methods through their profile settings.

 

For Creators

 

1. Sign-Up & Verification (via Persona):

• Step 1: Creators follow the same sign-up process as members, starting by entering basic account information and completing Persona verification. This involves uploading a government-issued ID and taking a real-time selfie for identity verification, confirming they are of legal age (18+).

• Step 2: Once Persona verifies their age and identity, the account is activated, allowing them to proceed with setting up a creator profile.

2. Co-Star Verification (Custom Feature):

• Step 3: If the creator will post content featuring co-stars, they must submit co-star ID verification through the same Persona process for all involved performers. This ensures compliance with U.S. laws like 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

• Step 4: Once all parties are verified, this information is securely stored, ensuring legal compliance and allowing content to be posted.

3. W9 Form Submission (U.S.-Based Creators):

• Step 5: U.S.-based creators are required to upload a completed W9 tax form, which is securely stored for tax reporting.

4. Profile Setup & Content Creation:

• Step 6: After verification, creators can customize their profile with a bio, profile photo, and cover image. They also set subscription tiers and prices for pay-per-view content, tips, and private messages.

• Step 7: Creators can upload their first post—whether photos, videos, or text—and decide if the content will be public, subscriber-only, or PPV.

• Step 8: Creators manage all interactions through their dashboard, including scheduling posts, replying to fan comments or messages, and offering special content for tips.

5. Payment Setup & Earnings:

• Step 9: Creators link their bank accounts through adult-compliant payment gateways like CCBill or RocketGate for secure payouts. They can set their payout frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

• Step 10: Creators can track their earnings in real-time and request payouts once they meet the platform’s minimum threshold. They can review detailed earnings reports and tax information directly through their dashboard.

• Full Legal Compliance: Every user—both fans and creators—must go through Persona verification to ensure compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, preventing minors from accessing or producing adult content.
